1. How do I place an order?

Orders are placed by claiming items during our live streaming sales. Once your claims are confirmed, you will receive your total and payment instructions.

2. Are deposits refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your final order total.

3. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed and shipped only after full payment is completed according to our policy. Orders with incomplete or late payments may be delayed.
Once processed, orders typically ship within 3 working days, and delivery usually takes 6–14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

4. Can you ship my order if I haven’t paid in full?

We may ship partially paid orders at our discretion, but we reserve the right to refuse shipment until full payment is received.

5. What happens if my payment is late?

Late or incomplete payments may result in shipping delays, order holds, or release of items back into inventory.

6. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of our products and custom-packed orders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once verified, we’ll issue store credit for the affected items.

8. What if my package is lost?

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the missing items.

9. What happens if I receive a duplicate package?

If a replacement was sent and the original package is later delivered, you must either return the duplicate items or complete payment for them.

10. How long is store credit valid?

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date and can be used at any time before expiration.

11. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed or items are claimed, changes or cancellations are not possible.
