Due to the nature of our products and livestream-based sales, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for items purchased through livestreams or claimed during market sales.

All items are considered final sale once claimed or purchased.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection, or incomplete payments.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

We do not offer refunds for items claimed during livestreams or market sales due to same-day or fast packing and processing.

Partial payments or abandoned claims are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Once verified, we will issue store credit for the affected items.

Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within 6 months.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, store credit equal to the value of the missing items will be issued.

Refunds are not provided for lost packages.

Replacement Orders

If a replacement package is sent and the original package is later delivered, the customer must either:

Return the duplicate items in unused condition (return shipping at the customer’s expense), or

Complete payment for the duplicate items received.

Failure to resolve duplicate deliveries may result in order holds or account suspension
